3. Free delivery in Singapore by local courier if your parcel is 4kg and above. For parcel under 4kg, you can top up $2 for the courier delivery.

4. Special arrangements for local courier are not available. Example: Weekends only or Evening only.

5. Please kindly use the NEW order form to submit your order.

We have been emphasizing on the point that early submission is adviserable if you wish your items to be on time for shipment, but there is always a surge of order forms submission nearing to closing / shipment dates.

Taking into consideration the duration required to purchase (which will be slower due to the surge), sellers to send out items, courier speed, checks on items when reached China office, exchange with sellers if required, packing of items, there is no guarantee that items will be ready for shipment even if order forms are submitted before required closing dates.

Items which did not make it on time for shipment will be shipped the next available shipping date.

To be fair to everyone, item collection schedule will be based on date/time of order forms successfully submitted, please do not ask us to prioritize your orders when you chose to submit your order form last minute.

The same is applicable for last minute adding on of items, collection will be requed accordingly in this case.

23rd March shipment has been delayed due to customs conducting a 100% check on our container. For self collection personnel, we will send you a ticket once ready for collection next week. Any inconvenience caused regretted.
